6th edition of the CO2 Reduction for Transportation Systems Conference – The road to decarbonization

The 6th edition of the CO2 Reduction for Transportation Systems Conference – The road to decarbonization, which will take place in Turin on 9 -10 June 2026.

The event will focus on CO2 reduction technologies for sustainable transportation systems and is intended for all stakeholders, including vehicle manufacturers, component and system suppliers, public entities, decision-makers, engineers, and researchers. This event will provide excellent networking opportunities and a platform for information exchange on an International level.

The discussion and presentations will address state-of-the-art technologies for CO2 reduction in transportation systems.

Prospective authors willing to write a paper and/or give an oral presentation are invited to submit abstracts of 300 words or less for review by the Scientific Committee.  Abstracts must be submitted online and managed through the SAE My Tech Zone tool. The deadline for the abstract submission 15 January 2026 through the SAE My Tech Zone tool.

The conference is jointly organised by ANFIA – the Italian Association of the Automotive Industry – and the SAE International Torino Section and aims to provide an international forum on CO₂-reduction technologies for sustainable transportation systems.
