Congratulations to the winners of the TRA VISIONS Young Researcher Awards 2026, in the Road Transport Category. The celebrations took place on the first day of the TRA Conference in Budapest, 19 May.

Three young researchers were recognised for their outstanding work and their contributions to the future of road transport research:

🥇 David Yagüe-Cuevas (Universidad Carlos III de Madrid)
🥈 Alejandro Badolato (Universidad Politécnica de Madrid)
🥉 Shahid Jaman (Mobi-Vrije Univesiteit Brussel)
