ERTRAC and STREnGth_M participated at the ITS European Congress 2025!

ERTRAC participated in the ITS European Congress 2025 in Sevilla with the support of STREnGth_M. The objective? To strengthen stakeholder engagement and raise awareness about the importance of road transport research and innovation!

The 16th edition of the ITS European Congress 2025 took place in Sevilla from 19 to 21 May, under the theme “Clean, Resilient and Connected Mobility”. ERTRAC was present with a stand, organised in cooperation with the European Partnership on CCAM, and supported by the STREnGth_M project.

The ERTRAC stand served as a platform to engage with stakeholders, share key publications, and promote upcoming initiatives in the field of connected and automated mobility. Here are some of the highlights from our participation at the conference:

• Presence on the exhibition floor to inform stakeholders about ERTRAC's role in European road transport R&I and encourage broader involvement in the platform’s activities.
• Promotion of the ERTRAC Roadmap on Automated Driving, providing insights into the latest priorities and research needs in the CCAM domain.
• Active collaboration with the European Partnership on CCAM, with shared materials and discussions on infrastructure, digitalisation, and deployment challenges.
• Distribution of the STREnGth_M flyer to promote cooperation and knowledge exchange across EU-funded projects.
• Promotion of the TRA 2026 Conference, which will take place in Budapest and serve as the next major event for European transport research.

The event was a unique opportunity to reinforce ERTRAC’s commitment to coordinated research efforts, long-term planning, and the acceleration of innovation for sustainable mobility systems in Europe!
