Joint Proposal for an Automotive Partnership in the next European budget

Today, we presented our proposal for a joint partnership in the Automotive sector to the European Commission's DG RTD for the next European budget. To sustain the competitiveness of our sector, a new, ambitious, and agile instrument is required to boost and accelerate Research & Innovation in Europe.

This proposal was developed by ERTRAC together with 2Zero, CCAM and EARPA and was coordinated with EUCAR and CLEPA.

And let's build on and use the strong eco-systems we have in Europe, across the industry and research community. The initiative should build on the successes of the 2Zero and CCAM Partnerships, bringing together all relevant research topics to enhance the competitiveness of the automotive industry.

This new Partnership should reinforce European collaborative research and fasten the market implementation of new technologies and innovative mobility solutions.
